  Finding Overlapping Genes
  (each gene name should be separated by a comma or space.)

    Gene Name:
    EvOG supports the following quries.
A. Among 17 genomes, Gi = { Human, Chimpanzee, Orangutan, Rhesus, Cow, Horse, Platypus, Dog, Cat, Chicken, ZebraFinch, Opossum, Mouse, Rat, X. tropicalis, Medaka, Zebrafish }, for a query gene A, you can retrieve all overlapping genes with A in Gi
B. You can check whether two different genes A and B are overlapping in Gi
C. For a set of {Gi}, you can find all overlapping positive and negative genes which are common among {Gi}
D. With the physical configuration of all overlapping positive and negative genes, EvOG reconstructs a Phylogenetic tree according to those overlapping structure.
